Rich Amine StreamLeaf Filter

Vertical Leaf Filter

Pressure leaf filters are horizontally positioned vessels holding vertically positioned filter leafs. The filter leafs are covered with an SS mesh retaining the filter aids on the surface. Once the filtrate has passed through the filter leaf bundle, it flows into the central manifold through the filtrate outlet. For cake removal the filter is opened and the filter leafs are cleaned by means of a pneumatic vibrator, the filter leafs being fully exposed and the semi-dry or dry cake is discharged without obstruction.
